摘 要: | 采用新的催化剂,使合成 GMA 的反应易于进行。原料转化率达100%,收率85%以上,环氧保留值达95%以上,环氧氯丙烷用量少,反应可在0.5—1.5小时之内完成。与国内外传统的生产工艺相比有一定的提高。

Abstract: | New catalysts were developed to make reaction of synthesizing GMA easierthan before,and increase the conversion of the raw material to 100%,the yield ofthe product over 85%,and the residue of oxypropylene group higher than 95%.Because of reducing the consumption of epichlorohydrin,the reaction of syn-thesizing GMA can be completed within 0.5—1.5 hours.Compared with othermethods,apparent improvement was obtained in this work. |
