静电冷却干切钛合金BT20的试验研究

摘    要:在传统的钛合金加工中,由于切削速度低、刀具耐用度低,导致加工效率低。针对上述问题,介绍了静电冷却(干式切削的一种)车削钛合金BT20的方法。在选取最优的静电参数、优化刀具的情况下,静电冷却既解决了切削液带来的环境污染、增加资源消耗的弊端,又可解决钛合金在传统加工中的问题。

Abstract:In the traditional titanium alloy processing, because both cutting speed and tool life are lower, the cutting efficiency is lower. For those problems, here is introduced turning titanium alloy (BT20) with the static cooling which is one way of dry cutting. Static cooling can resolve the ills that coolant brings pollution and increase consumption of resource, and the problems in the traditional titanium alloy processing when select the best static parameters and optimizing tool.
