SP型无石棉石油钻机刹车块的正交试验研究

摘    要:本文概述了国内外无石棉石油钻机刹车块的发展与研究状况,结合作者所研制的SP型无石棉石油钻机刹车块,并用正交试验方法,就陶土、BaSO4、CaCO3和漂珠四种摩擦填料对SP型无石棉杀车块一钢摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的影响,进行了系统地试验研究。通过试验结果分析,得出了上述四种摩擦填料对该摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的影响规律,确定了它们在SP型无石棉刹车块配方中的最佳配比。

Abstract:The development and study states of the asbestos - free brake blocks for drilling rigs all over the world were summarized in this paper. By means of orthogonal method, the experimental study of SP - type asbestos - free brake blocks for drilling rigs was carried out, including the effects of clay. BaSO4, CaCO3 and float - pearl. The pattern of the four additives affecting the frictional and wear properties of the brake blocks was obtained by result analysis. So that the best percentage of the SP - type asbestos- free brake blocks was determined.
