辽东湾丛式井陀螺定向侧钻工艺及特性分析

摘    要:总结了渤海辽东湾SZ36-1油田AI平台丛式井组中的3口井,在丛式井组直井段井距密集,最小井距仅为0.6~0.8m,侧钻点深度差仅有7m且地层疏松不易造斜的困难条件下,采用陀螺定向侧钻,避开了邻井套管的磁干扰,定向准确,严格控制井眼轨迹,保证造科率满足设计要求。3口井在套管里定向侧钻均获成功,并准确地钻达靶区,取得了令人满意的效果。陀螺定向侧钻成功的经验说明:丛式井组的陀螺定向工艺为解决和处理海上勘探中新遇到的复杂情况,为节约昂贵的海上钻井费用和成本开辟了一条新路,并且为此积累了初步的经验。

Abstract:This paper presents three cluster wells drilled on the AI platform in SZ36-1 Oilfield,Liaodong Bay. They have near distance and the nearest distance only 0.6 or 0.8 meters. The sidetracking points were positioned in the weaker strata, and the depth differential is only seven meters. Gyro orientors were used to prevent the magnetic disturbance which produced by the casings of adjacent wells. It has made the well tracks meeting the requirments of design. Sidetracking inside the casing strings are all suc cessful and, has got correct target area. Experience shows that gyro orientors are very useful during the course of sidetracking in the cluster wells, Therefore,the drilling cost can be saved.
