| 摘 要： | 对中国城市规划设计研究院50年来总体规划编制工作历程进行了阶段划分,重点对中规院在1950-1960年代、1980年代、1990年代、21世纪初四个时期所进行的五轮总规编制工作做了回顾与反思,从编制工作的背景、任务、特点、成效与问题几个方面进行了初步归纳,并展望了总规编制工作在规划指导思想、理念、技术方法、调控目标、范围、内容、编制审批实施管理七个方面的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the analysis on thebackgrounds, tasks, characteristics, effects andproblems, this paper reviews five rounds master plansby China Academy of Urban Planning and Design infour periods. And, it also summarizes the tendenciesof master plans in the aspects of guiding principles,ideology, techniques, control target, range, content,approval and legalization. |
