汽车尾气净化器用金属载体研究进展

摘    要:汽车尾气催化净化器中,催化剂载体是人们研究的热点之一。对金属载体和陶瓷载体的优缺点进行了对比,着重介绍了金属载体的研究进展。采用和为载体显著提高了净化器的净化效率,抗震性好,可延长其使用寿命,但目前其加工成型工艺复杂,载体材料的性能也有待进一步改善。

Abstract:Automobile exhaust gas purifying system in which metallic substrate is used is impendent for thestrict limitation of the automobile exhaust pollution,but there are lots of difficulties to be settled. In this text,the de-velopment of materials for substrates is stated, the advantages and defects are compared between metallic substratesand ceramic substrates,and the metallic substrates are specially introduced. Had metallic substrates been sued,the pu-rifying efficiency of purifying system will be elevated greatly and the life-time will be elongated. But the processingand shaping technology is so complex, and the properties of substrate materials, common Fe-Cr-Al alloys, should beimproved.
