我国炼厂气体的综合利用

摘    要:介绍了我国炼厂气体的应用现状及我国炼厂气体的综合利用技术。综合利用炼厂气体是提高炼油加工深度和经济效益的必要手段,气体烯烃的催化裂解技术(DCC),多产汽油和液化气的技术(MGG)以及多产汽油和异构烯烃的技术(MIO)都已实现了工业化。催化裂化干气回收氢、催化裂化干气制乙苯等炼油干气的合成技术也在工业上加以应用。C4气体在化工生产中的应用也已成为人们关注的课题之一。

Abstract:The application situation and the comprehensive utilization technology of refinery gas in China were introduced. Comprehensive utilization of refinery gas is an essential method to enhance deep processing of petroleum and increase economical benefits. DCC of gaseous olefin, MGG of producing more gasoline and LPG , MIO of producing more gasoline and isoalkene have all been industrialized. Dry gas synthesis technologies such as hydrogen recovery from FCC dry gas and production of ethylbenzene from FCC dry gas have also been commercialized. Moreover,the application of C4 gas in chemical production has also become one of the focused topics.
