摘    要:液压系统是结构复杂且精密度高的机、电、液综合系统,其故障具有隐蔽性、交错性、随机性、差异性等特点,本文分析了影响液压系统维修性的主要因素,并从简化设计、可达性、标准化、模块化、测试诊断性等五个方面对如何提高系统的维修性水平进行了阐述,对于液压系统的维修性设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The hydraulic system is the complex-structured and high--precision mechanical electrical and hydraulic system,Its fault is featured by concealment, interlocking, randomness and diversity. A Study and analysis on main influencing factor of the maintainability is analyzed, the measurements of how to improve the maintainability level are elaborated from five aspects, which are simplified design, accessibility, standardization, modularization and testability. The results have directive significance to the maintainability design of hydraulic system.
