| 摘 要： | 三江平原是黑龙江、松花江、鸟苏里江汇流冲积而成的沼泽化低平原。由于其独特的地形及土壤等因素．涝渍曾一度成为本地区的主要灾害。通过分析谊地区涝渍成因。总结多年来的治理经验和教训。并基于可持续发展战略。为有效治理涝渍灾害，合理利用农业资源，实现该区农业可持续发展提出了建议，为类似地区提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Sanjiang Plain is the area of low-lying wetland created and collided by Heilong River, Songhua River and Wusuli River. Water-logging once became the mainly disaster in this area because of the unique region and soil. Analyzing the water-logging reason of the area, summarizing experience and lesson of administering all the year round, based on the continued development strategy, giving some suggestions for administering water-logging disaster effective, making use of resources reasonably and realizing agriculture's continued development. Giving some reference materials for analogous areas. |
