摘 要: | 研究了在短脉冲电子束激发高压稀有气体卤化物之后,三元子准分子的形成和淬灭过程。三原子准分子的形成被看作是:主要通过三体碰撞的产物(其中包括双原子准分子在内作为先驱粒子)。报导了三体形成常数和Xe_2Cl、Xe_2Br、Xe_2F被稀有气体、缓冲气体和卤化物施主碰撞消激励的淬灭速率以及三原子准分子的辐射寿命。

Kinetics of electron beam-pumped triatomic excimers |

Abstract: | The formation and quenching processes of triatomie excimers following short duration electron beam excitation of high pressure rare gas halide mixtures have been investigated. Formation of triatomie excimers have been shown to occur mainly as the result of intermolecular reactions involving diatomic excimers as precursors. The three-body formation constants and quenching rates for collisional deexeitation of Xe2Cl, Xe2Br and Xe2F by rare gas, buffer gas and halogen donors and lifetime of triatomie excimer are reported. |
