高新技术在粮油食品中的应用

摘    要:本文主要简介现代高新技术生物技术、芯片技术、膜分离技术、超临界萃取技术、超高压技术、超声和微波技术、微胶囊技术、超细粉碎技术、纳米技术、绿色包装技术、计算机技术等的原理及在粮油食品工业中应用情况,提出如何利用高新技术加快我国粮油食品工业技术进步的主要措施。

Abstract:In this paper some modern high technologies principles and their application conditions were introduced. There hightechnologies mainly including computer technique, biological technique, sandwich technique, membrane technique, supercriticalfluid extracting technique, ultrasonic wave and microwave technique, microcapsule technique, extra fine pulverizing tech-nique, nano technique and green packing technique etc were reviewed. And the main methods about how to opply the hightecnique in the food industry and grain-oil industry were also mentioned in this paper.
