连铸结晶器内粘结漏钢的形成机理及对策

摘    要:连铸结晶器内钢液弯月面在连铸生产中起着至关重要的作用,本文结合钢液弯月面的行为对粘结漏钢的形成进行了详细地分析,介绍了一种新的粘结漏钢形成机理,认为钢液弯月面的破损是粘结漏钢发生的直接起因,此外,还在该机理的基础上,探讨了防止粘结漏钢的对策。

Abstract:The meniscus in a continuouos caster mold plays an improtant role in the continuous casting process.The development of shcking type breakout was analyzed in detail in terms of the behavior of liquid steel meniscus,a newly suggested mechanism of the development of sticking type breakout was introduced, which states that thedamage of liquid steel meniscus is the direct cause of sticking type breakout. Moreover, countermeasures of shckingtype breakout were proposed hased on this new mechanism.
