北运河沉积物中好氧反硝化菌的分离鉴定及脱氮效率研究

摘    要:从北运河沉积物中分离得到1株好氧反硝化细菌AD1。通过对该菌株的形态观察、生理生化实验以及16SrDNA序列分析,确定菌株AD1为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.),分析了其在系统发育中的分类地位。对菌株AD1反硝化能力进行的研究结果表明,菌株AD1表现出较高的降解效率。菌株AD1在24h内对驯化培养基中TN和NO3--N的降解率分别为63.82%和84.83%,60h内对TN和NO3--N的降解率分别为68.21%和92.28%。

Identification of aerobic denitrifier isolated from Beiyunhe River sediment and denitrification

Abstract:A bacterial strain AD1 that had the capability of aerobic denitrification was screened from Beiyunhe River sediment. According to the morphological observation, physiological and biochemical test and sequence analysis of the 16SrDNA, the strain AD1 was identified as Pseudomonas sp. The phylogentic position of the strain was performed based on the phylogenetic tree. The denitrifying capability of the strain was investigated in batch culture under aerobic condition. The results showed that the nitrate in the container could be efficiently removed by strain AD1 and the removal rates of TN and NO3^- - N were 63.82% and 84.83% for 24 h and 68.21% and 92.28% for 60 h, respectively.
