| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育的文化特性是从文化视野来阐释和描述思想政治教育本质和属性的一个范畴。当代中国社会转型为思想政治教育文化特性的凸现提供了现实的社会依据。伴随这一历史嬗变，其价值偏向一方面表现为构成思想政治教育基本内容的各要素涵量及位序发生变动；另一方面表现为个体与社会的价值序列发生位移，即由“以社会为本”转变为“以人为本”。

| Abstract: | The cultural characteristic of the ideological and political education means that we can explain and describe the essence of the ideological and political education in perspective of culture. The cultural characteristic of the ideological and political education is on the basis of the society transformation of modern China. With the historical evolvement, the implication and order of the ideological and political education elements has been changed, and on the other hand, the value order has been shifted from society orientation to human orientation. |
