摘    要:含缺陷的长输管线运行不安全 ,甚至可能导致管线失效。为此 ,研究了缺陷种类和尺寸对焊管极限承载能力的影响 ,并采用实物水压爆破试验进行了部分验证。由MPC -Prefis软件计算了X52ERW钢管在不同外表面裂纹尺寸下极限承载压力的变化规律 ,采用B31G公式计算含体积型缺陷钢管的极限承载能力。最后指出 ,对含表面裂纹缺陷的钢管 ,采用改进的B31G公式计算结果与实测值较接近 ,但在工程使用时偏于危险 ;采用API 579方法及Newton -Raphson公式计算结果偏于保守 ,且当裂纹尺寸达某一临界值后无法使用 ,对于含腐蚀性缺陷钢管 ,基于塑性失效准则的非线性有限元法能准确预测其极限承载能力

Abstract:The oil line pipe with flaws is unsafe and apt to cause line pipe failure. Therefore the influence of types and sizes of the flaw on the ultimate bearing capacity of welded pipes is investigated, and by adopting homemade SSAW and ERW welded pipes as testing objects, hydraulic pressure burst tests are conducted for verification. The variation law of the ultimate bearing capacity of X52 ERW pipes with surface cracks of different sizes is analyzed, and the ultimate bearing capacity of pipes with pits or grooves is calculated. The test result shows that the bearing capacity of welded pipes is influenced to a great degree by the flaws, and the effect of the depth of the flaw is greater than that of the length of the flaw.
