| 摘 要： | 科学合理的土地利用指标体系是小城镇规划的重要体现．本文将小城镇作为一个社区，从整体入手考察广州周边小城镇社区的用地现状，指出其中存在的问题，优化土地利用指标体系，为进一步调整并建立科学合理的指标体系提供了建议．

| Abstract: | Scientific and reasonable index system of land use is an important embodiment of small town planning. Regarding the small town as a community this paper wholly investigates the existing land use situation of small town communities around Guangzhou City, points out the problems, and optimizes the index system of land use. The whole work provides suggestion for further modifying and then establishing scientific and reasonable index system. |
