摘    要:针对500kV输电线路上钢化玻璃绝缘子集中自爆现象的多次发生,举例阐述了钢化玻璃绝缘子集中自爆缺陷情况,并对2000年至2004年5条500kV输电线路使用160kN玻璃绝缘子发生的自爆进行统计。分析了钢化玻璃绝缘子自爆及其不易发生掉串事故的原因,并提出了钢化玻璃绝缘子检修中可用钢丝球擦拭确保清扫质量,以及对故障闪络后钢化玻璃绝缘子的处理方式。

Abstract:Due to frequently occurred concentrated self-blast phenomenon of toughened glass insulators on 500 kV transmission lines,the paper illustrated defect situation of concentrated self-blast of toughened glass insulators and supplied the statistics of self-blast numbers of 160 kN toughened glass insulators operated from 2000 to 2004 on five 500 kV transmission lines.Also it analyzed the reasons of the self-blast of toughened glass insulators and the reasons that they did not easily drop.And it put forward a resolution for cleaning the toughened glass insulators by steel wire ball to guarantee the effect of cleaning and a processing mode for toughened glass insulators after fault flashover.
