摘    要:介绍了我国自主创新的气流床粉煤加压气化制备合成气新技术,给出了该技术在国内首套中试装置上的运行数据与工艺技术指标;运行结果表明,其合成气中有效气成分为89% ̄93%,碳转化率≥98%,各项技术指标达到国际先进水平,具有广阔的应用前景。同时,介绍了目前在国际上尚未见报道的以CO2为粉煤输送介质进行气化反应的合成气成分。

Abstract:A new entrained-flow pressure gasification technology with pulverized coal which bears Chinese intellectual property right is introduced.The test results from a pilot plant have exhibited advanced performances in comparison with other existing coal gasification technologies in the world: the effective composition of the syngas ranges from 89% to 93% and the carbon conversion rate is over 98% along with low oxygen and coal consumptions.In addition,the product gas composition using CO2 as carrier gas of pulverized coal instead of N2 is presented,which has never before been reported in the world.
