摘    要:基于复合运放,设计了一款新颖的线性锂离子电池充电器.该充电器根据锂离子电池充电的特性,采用三阶段充电法,即涓流充电(预处理),恒流充电(快充),恒压充电(充满).仿真结果显示,在4.5 V电源电压下,充电器实现了涓流充电电流80 mA,恒流充电电流800 mA,及恒定电压4.2 V的充电过程.另外,设计中利用充电功率管的栅极寄生电容作为充电环路的补偿电容,节省了芯片成本和面积.

Abstract:A novel linear Li-ion battery charger based on differential amplifier with multiple inputs was designed. The charger supplies trickle current, large constant current and constant voltage to a Li-ion battery for safety charging. Experimental results show that the charger can provide trickle current of 80 mA, maximum charging current of 800 mA, and charging voltage of 4.2 V at 4. 5 V supply power. In this design, a gate parasitic capacitor for charging power transistor was used as compensating capacitor to save chip size and cost.
