高压共轨燃油系统共轨压力控制技术研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型共轨用高压泵的结构、工作原理以及燃油计量特性,探讨了该高压泵基于进油量调节共轨压力控制方法。通过多方案比较,对控制方法进一步优化。试验结果表明:控制方法取得了良好的控制效用。

Abstract:The performance and principle of a common rail fuel injection pump and its fuel metering characteristic were introduced. The control strategy of this pump based on the the inlet oil adjustment were discussed and optimized by comparing different schemes. The test results proved the high efficiency of the recommended control strategy.
