基于骨架模型的参数化人体建模

摘    要:产品的设计开发一般经过概念设计、参数化设计和详细设计三个阶段,这种过程称为自顶向下的设计。骨架模型是Pro/ENGINEER自顶向下设计的一个强有力工具。通过人体结构分析、人体尺度和百分位数的选择,得出了采用骨架模型进行参数化人体建模设计的详细步骤,并实现了人体模型的再生。实践证明这种设计方法可以在提高设计效率的同时保证极高的准确性,并为人机工程学领域研究提供了新方法。

Abstract:The design and development of a product generally consist of conceptual design,parametric design and detail design.This process is called top-down design.Skeleton model is an important top-down design tool in Pro/ENGINEER.In this paper,human dimension and percentile were chosen and the detailed procedure of parametric human body model design was obtained by using skeleton model.Finally,the regeneration of the human body model was realized.The practice proves that this kind of design method can improve the efficiency of design and ensure a high accuracy.It provides a basis for the research on ergonomics.
