炼油厂的大型化

扼要阐述炼油厂实现大型化的优越性、大型炼油厂应具有的规模和建设模式，并提出了在通过老厂扩建和新建两种模式实现炼油厂大型化过程中应注意的问题：①在产品、工艺和设备上满足环保要求；②合理利用轻烃和气体；③发展渣油气化工艺；④保证长周期运转和解决设备大型化后引起的结构和化学工程问题。

DEVELOPMENT OF LARGE-SCALE REFINERIES

The superiority in realizing large-scale refineries, the capacity and construction mode which largescale refineries should have were briefly expounded. Points for attention in the cause of realizing large-scale refineries both by construction of refineries and by expansion of existing ones were proposed: (1) meeting environmental requirements in the respects of product, process technology and equipment; (2) rationally utilizing light hydrocarbon and gas: (3) developing residue gasilication technology and (4) guarantting refinery long-term running. In addition,the structural and chemical engineering problems rised from realizing the large equipment should be solved were put forward.
