摘    要:针对带水带锈涂料广阔的应用前景,以改性环氧树脂、沥青、铁锈转化剂、配位体、防锈剂、溶剂等为主要原料研制成功了一种转化型带水带锈涂料,优化的工艺配方(质量分数)为:18%环氧树脂,6%沥青清漆,10%溶剂V(丁醇):V(二甲苯)=1:1],35%铁锈转化剂V(磷酸):V(鞣酸)=3~4:1],2%柠檬酸,1%磷酸二氢钠,1%钼酸钠,1%OP-10,2%炭黑,24%乙醇,0.5%乙二醇.探讨了主要成分对铁锈转化能力及涂膜质量的影响,检测了涂料和涂膜性能.结果表明:该涂料铁锈转化能力强,能带水带锈施工,各项性能良好,适用于钢铁件的防腐蚀处理.

Abstract:A conversion paint applicable to water-and rust-containing working condition was successfully developed for the repairing of rusted iron and steel wares. Thus the titled paint was prepared using modified epoxy resin, asphalt, rust-converting agent, complexing agent, anti-rust agent, and solvent as the raw materials. The optimized formulation of the paint was determined. The effects of the major ingredients on the rust-converting capacity and quality of the paint were investigated, and the performance of the paint was examined as well. As the results, the optimal formulation was suggested to be composed of 18% (mass fraction) epoxy resin (E-44), 6% asphalt, 10% solvent (composed of butanol and dimethylbenzene at a volume ratio of 1:1), 35% rust-converting agent, 2% citric acid, 1% sodium di-hydrogen phosphate, 1% sodium molybdate, 1%OP-10, 2% carbon black, 24% ethanol, and 0.5% glycol. The developed paint had high rust-conversion capacity and good performance and could be readily used for the corrosion protection of the facilities made of iron and steel in the presence of water and rust.
