华能德州电厂6号汽轮机凝汽器冷却管振动测试分析

摘    要:对华能德州电厂6号机组凝汽器冷却管的振动和应变测试分析表明,冷却管振动主要是由于凝汽器管束存在一个50Hz左右的固有振动频率,机组运行中来自转子的激振力使凝汽器管束产生结构共振所致。

Abstract:Test and analysis of cooling tube vibration and strain in condenser of steamturbine No.6 at Huaneng Dezhou Power Plant show that the cooling tube's vibration is mainly due to an inherint vibration frequency about 50 Hz existing on the tubebunde in said condenser, and the vibration exciting force coming from the rotor in operation of said unit makes the tubebundle to produce structure resonance.
