摘    要:采用包钢CSP薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产的L245钢为原料进行螺旋焊管焊接生产时,针对生产中焊缝裂纹问题,对焊缝区的形貌、组织进行了观察和晶粒度测定,并对焊缝进行拉伸性能和X射线检验。通过分析L245钢埋弧焊焊缝区质量、微观组织和拉伸性能关系表明,焊接工艺参数的合理制定是低合金钢L245焊管产生裂纹等缺陷的关键因素。

Abstract:Microstructure,surface shape and grain size of spiral welding zone were observed,tensile property and X-ray dete-ction were studied on the L245 steel slab produced by CSP(Compact Strip Production)technology in Baotou Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.By analyzing the relation of microstructure,weld zone quality and tensile property,it is concluded that the welding techn-ological parameter of L245 steel is the main factor of the welding crack.
