摘    要:新型层状陶瓷Ti3SiC2兼有金属和陶瓷的许多优良性能,具有高的热导率和电导率,易加工,同时具有良好的抗热震性、抗氧化性和高温稳定性.本文从层状陶瓷Ti3SiC2制备方法、结构和性能等方面进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望.

Abstract:The novel layered Ti3SiC2 ceramic combines the merits of both the metals and ceramics, such as high electrical and thermal conductivity, easy machinability, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, and high temperature stability. The preparation, structure, performance and application of Ti3SiC2 ceramics have been introduced in this paper.
