动态硫化POE增韧PP的相态与性能研究

摘    要:采用动态硫化的方法制备了PP/POE共混物.研究了POE、DCP用量对PP/POE共混物的力学性能的影响,并观察DCP用量对PP/POE共混物的形态影响.当POE含量为40%,DCP用量为0.01 phr时,动态硫化体系的常低温悬臂梁缺口冲击强度均达到最大值,分别为52.03 kJ/m2和3.84 kJ/m2,与纯PP相比分别提高11.74倍和1.68倍.随DCP用量的增加,分散相POE的粒子粒径变小,分散均匀,呈现均相模糊界面结构.

Abstract:PP/poly(ethylene-1-octene)(POE)blends were prepared by means of dynamic vulcanization.The Effects of POE and DCP contents on the mechanical properties of the blends and the effect of DCP content on the morphological structure of the blend were studied.The results showed when the content of POE was 40%and that of DCP was 0.01 phr,the room temperature impact strength and low temperature impact strength of the composite reached up the maximum value,being 52.03 kJ/m~2 and 3.84 kJ/m~2,which was 11.74 times and 1...
