| Abstract: | The technological process for producing 50 kt/a ion-exchange-membrane slice caustic soda is introduced as well as the operating situation,and problems in the operating process including so many foreign matter in the natural gas,huge change of the pressure,measure inaccuracy of EV-2 float level controller,serious corrosion of Ni-tubing and T-shape tee,and so on.Some methods have been proposed to solve these problems. |
