Abstract:The correct analysis of power consumption characteristics of power users is the key to realizing the efficient operation of power system and value-added services.In this paper,an analysis method for the power user response char?acteristics is proposed,which is based on the automatic encoder-modified fuzzy C-means(AE-MFCM)clustering algo?rithm.First,the users’power consumption patterns are clustered to determine the corresponding behavior characteris?tics,and AE and the MFCM clustering algorithm are used to realize characteristics extraction and data processing.Sec?ond,based on the classification results of users’power consumption patterns,intelligent algorithms such as neural net?work are used to model the demand response of each type of user and fit the relationship between the excitation signal and user response amount,thus obtaining the response characteristics and response capabilities that accurately reflect the user demand.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the data of one actual power grid.
