二极插座保护门结构优化设计

摘    要:二极插座保护门的设计是国标家用和类似用途插座系统中技术难点,涉及此插座系统的用户投诉以及家用和类似用途插头插座产品质量国家监督抽查结果的不合格项中比例较高.其中用户投诉有保护门锁死、保护门插入力大,国标抽不合格项为防触电保护不合格.本文对单片斜面式保护门结构进行研究,结合实验数据对其优化,从设计阶段提升产品的成功率.

Study on the Structure of Protective Door for Two Pole Socket
Abstract:The design of the two pole socket protection door is a technical difficulty in the national standard socket system for household and similar purposes.The proportion of unqualified items related to the user’s complaints and the national supervision and random inspection results on the product quality of the plug and socket for household and similar uses are relatively high.Among them,the user complained that the protective door could not be opened,the protective door felt difficult to insert,and the unqualified items of the national extraction were unqualified for the protection against electric shock.In this paper,the structure of single-chip inclined protective door is studied,and the optimization is combined with the experimental data to improve the success rate of the product from the design stage.
