简易EZFLOW钻井液在渤海某油田弃井作业中的应用

在海上油田开发过程中,对产量较低的井,一般进行弃井重新侧钻,以实现平台槽口的重复利用。渤海某油田在以往的弃井作业中多使用清洁盐水作为压井液进行压井作业,由于地层纵向上薄层占比较大,层间连通不好,经过多年注水开发,部分层位超压严重,部分井弃井压井盐水密度较高,成本高昂。为降本增效,该油田创新提出使用简易EZFLOW钻井液作为压井液进行弃井压井作业,经现场实际应用,效果良好。

Application of simple EZFLOW drilling fluid in well abandonment of a Bohai oilfield

In the process of offshore oilfield development,the wells with low production rate are usually abandoned and sidetracked to realize the reuse of platform notch.In the past,clean brine was used as well killing fluid in a Bohai oilfield.Due to the large proportion of thin layers in the vertical stratum and poor interlayer connectivity,after years of waterflooding,overpressure in some layers is serious,and the kill brine density of some wells abandoned is high,the cost is also very high.In order to reduce cost and increase efficiency,the oilfield operator innovates to use simple EZFLOW drilling fluid as well killing fluid for abandoning well.The field application shows good effect.
