南海东部疏松砂岩油藏防砂历程研究及展望

南海E油田属于典型的疏松砂岩稠油油藏,开发过程中出砂风险高。文章以E油田为例,统计了该油田采用的各种防砂方式及其效果,分析防砂失效原因和机理。防砂效果分析表明,砾石充填防砂方式的防砂效果优于优质筛管独立防砂,产量递减率也慢于简易防砂,因此砾石充填防砂更适用于E油田这种泥质含量高、疏松砂岩稠油油藏;为进一步提高油气田产量,推荐油田使用压裂充填防砂,可进一步打开地层,减小表皮系数,并有效防砂。另一方面,针对长水平井或多分支井,可推荐使用新型防砂筛管,提高防砂有效期。

Research and prospect of sand control history of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in eastern South China Sea

South China Sea E oilfield is a typical unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoir,and the risk of sand production is high during the development process.Taking E oilfield as an example,the article counts all the sand control methods and their effects used in this oilfield,and analyzes the causes and mechanisms of sand control failures.The analysis of the sand control effect shows that the sand control effect of the gravel pack is better than that of the premium screen independent sand control,and the production decline rate is also slower than that of the standalone screen sand control.Therefore,the gravel pack sand control is more suitable for the E oilfield,which has high argillaceous content and unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil..In order to further increase the production of oil and gas fields,it is recommended that oilfields use fracturing packing and sand control,which can further open the formation,reduce the skin coefficient,and effectively control sand.On the other hand,for long horizontal wells or multilateral wells,a new type of sand control screen can be recommended to increase the effective period of sand control.
