永磁同步电机无位置传感器启动策略的改进

摘    要:针对永磁同步电机,提出了一种基于滑模观测器的永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器启动控制方法。采用电流闭环-速度开环的(I-F)定位,启动加速和速度-电流双闭环切换的控制方法。启动加速达到设定转速时,进入速度-电流双闭环的切换过程,采用K/cos2曲线对电机电流进行减小,进而减小滑模观测器估测的转子位置与给定坐标系位置的角度差,并使其趋于零,实现状态的平滑切换。最后通过实验验证了所提启动控制方法的有效性。

Improved Start-up Strategy of Sensorless of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Abstract:A sensorless starting control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)based on sliding mode observer is proposed.The current closed-loop speed open-loop(I-F)is adopted in positioning,Accelerate starting state,then double closed-loop state of speed and current is switched.When the set speed is reached in Accelerate starting state,the motor start to switch into double closed-loop state of speed and current,The current is reduced by K/cos2 curve until the angle difference between the rotor position estimated by sliding mode observer and the given coordinate system position is reduced and tends to zero,the smooth state switching is realized.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed start-up control method is verified by experiments.
