摘    要:针对可再生新能源波动对接入电网冲击的问题,本文提出一种混合储能系统优化控制方法,该方法根据可再生能源预测误差随时间尺度变化的特点,采用混合储能系统多级协调控制策略,通过制定日前计划、日内计划与实时计划,实现不同时间尺度下储能系统合理运行和风电功率的精确跟踪。将所给模型转换为一个滚动线性规划问题,利用CPLEX求解器可实现求解。经过仿真算例验证,本文方法能够有效减少风电波动带来的影响,提高电网对风电消纳水平。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of the impact of renewable energy fluctuations on power grid,an optimization control method for a hybrid energy storage system is proposed in the paper.This method employs a multi-stage coordinated con?trol strategy for the hybrid energy storage system based on the variation in renewable energy prediction errors with the time scale.By developing day-ahead,intra-day and real-time plans,the rational operation of the energy storage system and the accurate tracking of wind power is realized on different time scales.The proposed model is transformed into a rolling linear programming problem,which is further solved by means of a CPLEX solver.The simulation results of a nu?merical example show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the impact of wind power fluctuations and im?prove the wind power absorption level of power grid.
