基于Wellplan的ECD敏感性分析与精确预测技术

随着国内勘探开发形势的发展,油气开发向纵深发展,钻井工程复杂程度显著提高,为解决例如高温高压井、超深大位移井等钻井过程中的ECD精确预测,解决诸多理论模型与工程实践存在转化应用技术鸿沟的问题,以Wellplan软件为出发点,利用其成熟、推广程度高的优势,以ECD敏感性分析为出发点,对钻井液性能因素(密度、流变性及温度压力影响)、井筒岩屑特征因素(孔隙度、直径、密度)、钻井参数因素(排量、转速、机械钻速或岩屑浓度)、一级井筒和地层物理特性因素(环空截面积、表面粗糙度)做了深入分析,得出精确预测ECD的关键技术,也为工程实践开展ECD可调可控提供了技术依据。

Sensitivity analysis and accurate prediction of ECD based on Wellplan

With the development of exploration and development in China,the development of oil and gas has gone deeper,and the complexity of drilling engineering has significantly increased.In order to solve the ECD accurate prediction in the drilling process such as HTHP well,ultra-deep and long-displacement well,etc,and to solve the problem of technology gap between theoretical model and engineering practice.Start with Wellplan software and take advantage of its maturity and high degree of promotion.Through the sensitivity analysis of ECD,the following factors were analyzed,the drilling fluid performance factors(density,rheology and the effects of temperature and pressure),wellbore rock debris characteristics(porosity,diameter and density),drilling parameter factors(displacement,speed,rate of penetration or cuttings concentration),level of wellbore and formation physical properties factors(annulus cross-sectional area,the surface roughness).The key technology of accurately predicting ECD is obtained,which also provides technical basis for engineering practice to carry out adjustable and controllable ECD.
