Abstract:In view of the characteristics of NP-1 well with high reservoir temperature,high pressure,large closure stress and high construction pressure,the influence of geological and engineering factors on productivity is analyzed.Alternate acid injection,variable displacement and variable viscosity multistage injection are adopted to optimize pump injection procedure and construction displacement,and mixed particle size proppant is used to add sand to ensure fracture conductivity.In the fracturing process of NP-1 well,soluble bridge plug is used as segmenting tool and variable viscosity slick water system is used as fracturing fluid.The total amount of sand added is 2900 m3,the average amount of sand per stage is 116 m3.The amount of fracturing fluid is 34257.5 m3,the average amount of fracturing fluid per stage is 1370.3 m3.The average sand ratio is 20.5%,the construction displacement is 11~18 m3/min,the cumulative gas production is 243×104m3,and the flowback rate is 44.8%.Good reservoir reconstruction effect has been achieved by fracturing.
