摘    要:针对混合储能存在运行模式较为固定、利用水平有待提高的问题,基于一种分布式光伏-电池储能联合系统典型结构,提出了一种电池储能系统平抑波动-峰谷套利两模式协调控制策略.利用电池储能系统可运行于不同模式的特点,根据光伏发电功率中频分量的波动特性,对电池储能系统各电池组串的运行模式在平抑波动和峰谷套利之间进行动态分配和灵活调控...

Abstract:Aimed at the problems in a hybrid energy-storage system(HESS)such as fixed operating mode and insufficient utilization level,a two-mode(i.e.,smoothing fluctuation and peak-valley arbitrage)coordinated control strategy for battery energy-storage system(BESS)is proposed in this paper,which is based on a typical structure of distributed photovoltaic(PV)-BESS joint system.Considering that the BESS can operate in different modes,the operating mode of each battery series in the BESS is dynamically distributed and flexibly regulated between these two modes according to the fluctuation characteristics of the intermediate-frequency component of PV power.As a result,the operating requirements for the system are satisfied,and the utilization level of BESS is improved effectively at the same time.Finally,the validity of the proposed control strategy is verified by a typical numerical example.
