摘    要:为探究高校教室细菌气溶胶浓度水平与粒径分布特性随季节的变化规律,对北京地区某高校教室室内外环境中的细菌气溶胶浓度、环境参数(温度、湿度、颗粒物浓度)进行了实测调研.结果表明:室外细菌气溶胶浓度为7?1 237 cfu/m3,平均最高浓度出现在秋季,最低浓度出现在夏季;教室无人时,室内细菌气溶胶主要源自室外,通过门窗缝隙...

Abstract:In order to explore the seasonal variation of bacterial aerosol concentration level and particle size distribution characteristics in university classrooms,measures the indoor and outdoor bacterial aerosol concentration and environmental parameters(temperature,humidity,particle concentration)of a university classroom in Beijing.The results show that the concentration of outdoor bacterial aerosol is from 7 to1237 cfu/m3,the average maximum concentration appears in autumn,and the minimum concentration appears in summer.When the classroom is unoccupied,indoor bacterial aerosol mainly comes from outside,through the gap of doors and windows,with the concentration from 57 to 664 cfu/m3,and without obvious seasonal change.When there are people in the classroom,indoor bacterial aerosol mainly comes from the human body,and its concentration is from 230 to 1484 cfu/m3,which is significantly higher in summer than that in other seasons.The concentration of culturable bacterial aerosol is 3526 cfu/person in summer,2374 cfu/person in autumn,1994 cfu/person in spring and 1386 cfu/person in winter.
