摘    要:针对空调专业与自控专业调适脱节造成的大量变风量空调系统的实际运行效果欠佳、不能实现变风量控制功能的现象,以实际项目为例,重点介绍了全过程调适技术中的联合运行调适方法,包括传感器准确性验证、执行器控制能力验证、系统控制逻辑优化及验证和运行效果验证.经过联合运行调适,项目最终实现变风量空调系统按负荷需求自动运行.

Abstract:VAV control function cannot be realized due to the poor actual operation effect caused by the disconnection between HVAC and automatic control system.Based on an actual project,presents a whole process operation commissioning combination method for a VAV system,which including sensor accuracy validation,actuator control capability validation,system control logic optimization and operation effect validation.Through the combined operation commissioning,automatic operation of the VAV system finally can be realized according to the load demand.
