赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetide)对土壤中莠去津残留和消解动态的影响研究

摘    要:为了探讨赤子爱胜蚓对莠去津在土壤中的降解过程和消解动态及其影响因素,通过盆栽实验研究了不同浓度的莠去津在人工土壤中的降解速率。结果表明:莠去津在土壤中的降解系数和半衰期大小与莠去津浓度有关,半衰期随着浓度的增加而缩短。土壤中不同浓度莠去津的降解速度缓慢,降解速率为0.02449~0.2625d-1,半衰期为26.4~28.3d;接种赤子爱胜蚓后,降解速率为0.02707~0.02864d-1,半衰期降为24.2~25.6d,使半衰期缩短了2.3~2.7d;而且莠去津浓度大小与半衰期长短之间存在一定的线性关系。

Abstract:The herbicide atrazine is one of the most found in soil. Atrazine, which is very persistent in the important herbicides and its parental and derivative residues were environment, is able to exist in soil surface .The gradated speed of atrazine of the different concentrations in artificial soil was studied and the influence of earthworms on the degradation of atrazine was researched. The result indicated that the gradated speed of atrazine in the artificial soil is slow. T1/2 is 26.4 to 28.3 d without earthworms and 24.2 to 25.6 d with earthworm. T1/2 was decreased 2.3 to 2.7 d by earthworms. The gradated coefficient and the T1/2 was changed with different concentration. Moreover, there are certain linear relationship between the concentration of atrazine and T1/2.
