有机晶体对聚氨酯PTC效应的影响

摘    要:采用炭黑为导电粒子,双组分聚氨酯为基体,并添加有机晶体,制备具有强PTC强度的非晶聚合物PTC涂料。研究表明在聚氨酯/炭黑中加入有机酸晶体,在晶体熔点附近可产生明显的PTC效应,而在涂料中加入2种有机盐晶体,无明显的PTC效应。加入有机酸晶体时,涂料电阻率随晶体含量增加略有降低,并且PTC强度随晶体含量增加而增加,最大PTC强度可达到2个数量级。

Abstract:In this paper an amorphous polymeric PTC coating with high PTC effect by polyurethane as matrix was prepared. Carbon black as conducting particles and organic crystal was added. Results showed that the coating added organic acid crystal displays distinct PTC effect; PTC effect was not obvious when two kinds of organic salt crystal were added in the coating. The resistively of the coating decreased slightly and the PTC intensity increased distinctively with the increasing of organic acid crystal which can reach to 10~2.
