ABS高胶粉对ABS/PET/SMA合金的增韧研究

摘    要:采用ABS高胶粉(ABSHR)对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/苯乙烯-g-马来酸酐(SMA)合金进行增韧改性;探讨了ABSHR对合金体系的力学性能、耐热性和流变性能的影响;同时采用扫描电镜(SEM)对其断面形态进行表征。研究结果表明:ABSHR可以显著提高ABS/PET/SMA合金的冲击强度和断裂伸长率。当ABSHR加入量为20份时,冲击强度从7.7kJ/m2提高到17.6kJ/m2,断裂伸长率从24.6%提高到60.2%;而体系的拉伸强度和弯曲强度有不同程度的降低;维卡软化温度随着ABSHR的增加而逐渐降低;ABSHR增韧体系的剪切黏度和假塑性均得到提高。未增韧的合金断面较平整;而增韧的合金断面产生大量橡胶撕裂带,并伴有应力发白现象。

Abstract:Compatibilized blends of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS)/poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) /styrene maleic anhydride(SMA) was toughened by acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene with high rubber (ABSHR).The effect of ABSHR on the mechanical properties,heat resistance and rheological properties of the blends were investigated.The cross-sections by impact was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the impact strength and elongation at break of ABS/PET/SMA toughened with ABSHR were improved.When the content of ABSHR was 20%,the impact strength was improved from 7.7 kJ/m^2 to 17.6 kJ/m^2,and elongation at break was improved from 24.6% to 60.2%;however,the tensile strength and flexural strength decreased;Vicat softening temperature gradually decreased with the increase of ABSHR;the pseudoplastic and shear viscosity of ABS/PET toughened with ABSHR were enhanced.The cross-section of blend without toughening was tidy;and that toughened have a large amount of tearing rubber and white section.
