教师的作用与课堂教学效率

摘    要:课堂教学是教学目的得以实现的重要途径。教师在课堂教学中是设计:设计每堂课的教学内容、形式、手段、过程及适当的教学活动。根据学生的不同特点设计不同的课堂活动才会收到良好的效果。教师是课堂教学的实施:实施既定的教学内容。教师要有清晰的教学程序和思路,要作到前后贯通,科学高效。情感因素对学生与教师都起着重要作用,是互动的关系。教师还是课堂教学的指导:指导学生开展各种课堂活动,指导学生使用正确的方法有效地学习,提高听课质量,从而提高教学效率。

Abstract:The classroom teaching is important in fulfilling the teaching aims.In classroom teaching,the teacher is a designer to design the contents,forms,means,methods,procedures and proper teaching activities,and to design proper classroom activities according to different students in order to achieve better effects.The teacher is a carrier to carry out the designed teaching contents.The teacher is supposed to have clear teaching processes and thoughts,to be coherent,scientific and efficient.The teacher is also an instructor to instruct the students how to take part in classroom activities,how to learn with proper methods and how to learn effectively in order to improve teaching effects.
