摘    要:本文研究了用氢化物发生-原子吸收法测定海藻类产品中无机砷含量,样品用超声波-5%HCl酸进行提取,采用氢化物发生-原子吸收法进行测定。本文实验利用添加法测定回收率,其平均回收率为96.7%~101.0%,本方法 RSD小于5.7%,最低检出限0.018mg·kg-1。

Abstract:This paper studies the method to measure the inorganic arsenic content in marine Alga products by the way of hydride absorption.The sample was extracted by ultrasound-5%Hydrochloric acid before the experiment.The average recovery rate was 96.7%~101.0%RSD was lower than 5.7%,The lowest detection limit was 0.018mg·kg-1.
