连轧机组转鼓式飞剪剪切计算分析

摘    要:转鼓式飞剪是板带材连续生产线上的一种在线剪切设备,通过新的结构设计消除了传动斜齿间的间隙和上下刀轴两端的止推轴承侧隙和螺纹侧隙,提高了飞剪运行的平稳性和剪切质量;同时,通过最大和最小剪切速度下的力能参数计算,获得了转动惯量和减速比的影响规律,为飞剪的设计提供了参考。

Abstract:Rotary drum shear is a strip cutting equipment on line in the continuous producting line. To clear up the clearance between the driving bevel wheels, bearings, screw threads, a new structure is designed, the running stability and cutting quality are improved. By the calculation of the driving parameters under the max and the minimum cutting speed, the rules of the moment of inertia and the reducer ratio to the cutting speed are also obtained, it provides a reference for the design of the rotary drum shear.
