摘    要:针对SWKH82B盘条表面出现翘皮缺陷的问题,利用金相分析明确了缺陷的来源,并通过调查连铸坯表面质量和连铸工艺,找出了翘皮缺陷的根本原因,并提出了解决措施。研究结果表明,盘条翘皮部位存在较严重的脱碳,说明缺陷来源于连铸坯;小方坯角部过冷导致出现角部横裂纹,在轧制过程裂纹未能消除而形成翘皮;通过调整二冷水量和加强二冷水管理,消除了此类缺陷。

Abstract:Aimed to the scab defects of SWRH82B wire rod, metallographic analysis has been used to identify the source of the defects, the root cause has been found by investigating the surface defects of billet and billet continuous casting process, and then the solutions has been put forward. Study shows that decarbonization phenomenon exists at the scab, which indicates the scab defects originate from billet, and that the root cause of the defects is the comer transverse crack on the billet caused by comer overcooling during continuous casting and not removed during hot rolling. The scab defects have been eliminated by adjusting the secondary coolin~ intensity and enhancing the water management.
