| 摘 要： | 博宏小河公司烧结返矿率一直居高不下，造成烧结生产成本增加。为此，分析了影响其90m2烧结机返矿率的因素，从优化配料、强化制粒和造球、合理调整七辊布料器的角度、合理提高料层厚度、适当提高点火温度、对烧结机本体设备进行堵漏风等方面着手，通过两年的生产实践，使烧结返矿率从2011年的20．08％降到了2013年的13％。

| Abstract: | Return fine rate of sintering ore had been keeping high in Hongbo Xiaohe Company, resulting in production costs increase. In the article, the influence factors of sinter return fine rate for 90 m2 sintering machine are analyzed. The following measures are taken such as optimizing burdening, strengthening granulating and pelletizing, adjusting the angle of seven-roller charge distributor, thickening bed of material, increasing the ignition temperature and plugging air leakage from sintering machine body. Through two years of production practice, the return fine rate of sintering ore has been reduced from 20.08% in 2011 to 13% in 2013. |
