| 摘 要： | 根据莱钢热轧H型钢出现的翼缘和腹板开裂的质量问题，对有缺陷的型钢样品进行了金相组织检验、扫描电镜等实物分析，找出了导致缺陷产生的原因。在此基础上，从冶炼和轧制工序提出了预防和控制措施，避免了该类缺陷的重复发生。

| Abstract: | For the issue of crack defects on the flange and web of hot-rolled H section steel produced by Lai Steel, defective steel samples were studied by these methods such as metallographic structure test, scanning electron microscopy. Causes of the defects were found out. On this basis, the prevention and control measures were put forward from smelting and rolling process to avoid the recurrence of such defects. |
