合金钢连铸用保护渣结壳的分析与改进

摘    要:针对合金钢连铸结晶器保护渣在生产使用过程中存在的结壳现象进行了分析,通过采用特殊钢种专用保护渣,改进保护渣添加操作方式及液渣层厚度控制,优化浸入式水口插入深度,规范浸入式水口更换操作,严格控制中间包钢水温度及结晶器液面,确保恒拉速生产等措施,保护渣结壳现象基本消除。

Abstract:According to the alloy steel continuous casting mold flux for crusting phenomenon in the production was analyzed, Special mold flux was used for special steel, and improved of operating mode for mold flux adding, and controlled of liquid layer thickness , and optimized of the inserting depth for the submerged nozzle, and regulated of submerged nozzle replacement operation, and stricted control of tundish temperature and the mould level, to ensure the constant drawing speed in the production etc, mold flux for crusting phenomenon was eliminated.
