体验式教学在组织行为学教学中的应用

摘    要:社会经济的发展对于高等教育办学质量的要求越来越高,而传统的课堂教学模式受到了广泛的质疑,迫切地需要高校改变教学模式。在分析传统教学模式的局限性的基础上,介绍了体验式教学的基本思想,分析了体验式教学在组织行为学课程中运用的基本模式,并对这一模式的教学效果进行了评估;评估结果表明,组织行为学体验式教学效果明显优于传统教学的效果。

Abstract:Due to rapid development of the society and economy, as well as the problems of the traditional instruction model, there-'s an urgent requirment for colleges and universities to improve their instruction quality. Based on the analysis of the problems of traditional instruction, this paper introduces the main idea of experiential teaching, analyzes the basic model of how to use experiential teaching in organizational behavior instruction, and evaluate the outcomes of this method. It is demonstrated that experiential methods are better than traditional ones in instruction outcomes.
